Mugler has launched Naughty Fruity Les Exceptions, which is the eleventh scent from the Mugler collection of Les Exceptions. Stunning, elegant and one for when you want to feel empowered or an absolute glamour.
What is Les Exceptions collection?
The Les Exceptions is the creative play with of Fine Perfumery. Les Exceptions collection fragrances are bringing the avant-garde genius of Mugler to live. Naughty Fruity is the eleventh creation in the Les Exceptions collection from a fruity fragrance family. You’ll find crisp notes of mirabelle plum. I remember having one in the family home garden, and I loved it when they were in season. I used to pick them up, wipe on my shorts and enjoy. :)
But since this is Mugler, there must be a twist to what you’d come to expect from a fruity scent. For contrast, we have a blonde tobacco leaf accord to break the innocence of this perfume.
The last scent from Mugler house, which I found so intoxicating and complemented as this was the Alien Musc Mysterieux – Mugler
The darker side.
Now, one would think that liquorice and honey are all sweet, but in this scent, Jan- Christophe paired them beautifully with the notes woody vetiver and blond tobacco leaf accord, which as a result brings a leathery hit. Naughty Fruity doesn’t smell like the fruity scents from your childhood and fear not; you won’t smell like leather either. Instead, this unusual combination makes the somewhat sweet fragrance elegant and sophisticated. Even though I’ve learned to detect various notes in fragrances in over the years I worked in beauty, the leather notes are well concealed here.
Luxury in a bottle
Les Exceptions is no ordinary collection, and so it comes in the most elegant box too. The Art Deco bottle is simple, yet it feels luxurious. It makes an excellent gift with no doubt.
Les Exceptions Naughty Fruity comes as Eau de Parum in 80ml bottle for a £149. You can purchase it from Mugler.com and In-Sore and online from Harrods and Fenwick Newcastle.
