Amo Ferragamo Flowerful has launched on the 1st February, a year after Ferragamo introduced the Amo range. If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen it already, it’s definitely a spring-summer scent.
The smell of happiness.
Now, everyone is after constant happiness so perhaps you’d find it locked int this bottle and spritz your way to happiness. On a serious note, this is a fruity-floral perfume which Ferragamo describes as “youthful and exuberant, a fresh fragrance which expresses the joy of living, contagious optimism and sparkling energy”. Very poetic as you can see, but to be fair it does smell of joy.
The way it makes me feel.
Since there is no such thing as a bad fragrance in my eyes, it’s a matter of individual preference; I like to talk about the way it makes me feel than describe how it smells. The mix of fruity and flowery notes makes me feel energised. I see it more as a casual scent, which I enjoy spraying it the morning. It goes well with no makeup face, casual clothes and a bright sunny day. So, can spring hurry up, please!!!
The old or the new?
Out of both, I would choose the original Amo Ferragamo, only because it smells different from other perfumes out there and it felt unique. I enjoyed using it last year. The Amo Ferragamo Flowerful is an extension, which by nature had less of a surprise element,

I always urge you to go and smell and spritz a fragrance. This is the best way to test. I launched at the Fragrance Shop, so you can certainly find it there. It comes in three different sizes.
