The Body Shop started the year sailing on the wave of Vegnauary by releasing a few new products.
Himalayan charcoal purifying clay wash.
My favourite of all the recent launches this vegan face wash feels smooth and keeps your skin feeling fresh. The gel-clay wash has a beautiful scent; refreshing with a cooling effect on the skin. Packed in a tub and with a refreshing fragrance, I see it as a unisex product. The look and feel will likely appeal to both men and women. A must try, particularly for combination or oily skin types.
Pink Grapefruit Body Yoghurt.
The Body Yoghurt Range is right up my street as I like lightweight body products, which are easy to blend and absorb fast. With a zesty citrus scent, it will awaken you for sure. Its fragrance makes me feel like the spring is around the corner. If you want a lotion which will hydrate your skin after your morning shower, but that doesn’t stay sticky for hours… well, you can shop for it here.
Fresh Nude Tinted Beauty Balm.
A tinted beauty balm for natural looking yet even skin. I am a big lover of a lightweight base, but I’ve only used it once so far, so I have limited feedback. Your skin will look more even but not covered like it would with a foundation. You don’t see the texture of it sitting on the surface, which is a big plus. I can’t tell how good is it’s lasting power just yet. But at £14 it is worth a try.
