Amo in Italian means love.
Love yourself first and the rest will come.
Apparently, Salvatore Ferragamo’s new fragrance Amo Ferragamo is a celebration of “modern feminity”. Ha, what is this even supposed to mean?
The brand enhances how feminine and empowering is the campaign. It’s nice that it features a female model Suki Waterhouse, but this is a female fragrance who the heck was is supposed to feature? Sure, it has been shot by a female Ellen von Unwerth, but she’s good at what she does. It shouldn’t be even a thing.
Feel free to stalk their accounts I’ve linked to both ladies Instagram accounts.
Female empowerment is becoming a bit of a marketing movement I see. Enough of my sarcasm though, because the fragrance itself is rather lovely.
UK Amo Ferragamo Launch
New Amo Ferragamo fragrance has launched on the 12th March Exclusively at The Fragrance Shop but it’ll hit all the other stores in April.
It might not turn you into power woman, I’m afraid this is something you’d have to do yourself. However, it does smell lovely. Don’t take my word for it though. What I might like you might not, so go out and try it.
Spray it on your skin. Different notes develop in time, so trying on the skin is always the safest way to judge the sect.
