Ther are a few sweet and sensual notes in the Angel fragrance. However, there’s something more edible coming your way this April. To celebrate twenty-five years of Angel the iconic MUGLER fragrance, they have created a limited edition gift box to tickle all our senses.
What if Angel fragrance were Chocolate!
It would be quite sensational! If you ever smelt Angel fragrance, you’ll know it’s hypnotising, potent but delicious at the same time. Fragrances are build of three accords, which make up your scent.
For this collaboration, Nicolas Cloiseau ( Chef of La Maison du Chocolat) has captured the delicious notes of this fragrance and interpreted Angel’s three accords by creating three rare chocolates.
He mixed bergamot, red fruit, praline, vanilla nad patchouli tougher creating most moreish chocolate collection ever.
Let’s start with chocolate flavoured with Sicilian bergamot, fine mandarin jelly. We can now move to the second praline. Pure indulgence of cotton candy marshmallow with red fruits, cranberries, almond/hazelnut. Our last fragrance note inspired the third chocolate in the collection. Dark chocolate ganache with vanilla and patchouli.
If you’re like me a dark chocolate lover, you’ll like as well the star made in Madagascar chocolate, with a settle impression of red fruits.
I could do with one more box, to be honest :)
What happens when you try both?
I can’t remember last time I was taking blog pictures so fast. The box looked delicious, and there’s something luxurious in simplicity. Three chocolates, not thirty-three.
I wanted my rare chocolates to last, but once I tasted one I just couldn’t resist!
I filled the air in the room with the Angel sent. Then I sat on the bed enjoying the sun on my skin, closed my eyes, inhaled the scent and eat nearly all my chocolates one by one. I’m all about small pleasures in life atm.

I find that house of MUGLER never fails to come up with the most creative ways to revive our love for their iconic fragrance.
