The Best face masks – and why you need to get familiar with Fresh Beauty.

the best face masks- fresh beauty

Are you looking for the best face masks out there? Then you should know abut Fresh Beauty, because they have an astonishing variety of fabulous beauty products. They smell delicious and are full of natural extracts, plus they deliver results. Fresh Beauty is one of very few brands that I know of, which has at least 3 of their masks in the top 10 selling products for this brand.

As a brand Fresh Beauty is big in the US and Asia, but for years kept a low profile here in the UK, with just one small boutique in London. But over the last year it has expanded a little. A new boutique has appeared in a trendy shopping area of Covent Garden in London plus a lovely counter at Harrods. Fresh also launched their website so now you can buy Fresh products wherever you are. You can read about my first experience with Fresh here.

Finding the best face masks and Fresh Beauty masks galore!

Let’s find you the perfect face mask. Have a think about how you would like your skin to look after you’ve used one.

If you wish for plumped and hydrated skin then check the Rose Mask.

Fresh Beauty Rose Mask

Made from countless amounts of rose petals, Rose Face Mask smells divine and feels so cooling and refreshing on the skin. Rose extract has great hydrating proprieties. But it’s more than just hydrating mask. I love using it just to relax and unwind partly because of the way it feels and smells on the skin. This would be the mask I use when I want some relaxing ‘me time’. If you have oily skin try putting this mask on top of your regular clay mask to prevent your skin from dehydration.

If brighter and firmer skin is what you’re after try Black Tea Overnight mask

This was the first mask I ever tried from Fresh and one that I adore. It’s anti-ageing as it’s full of anti-oxidants but black tea extract has fabulous firming and brightening properties, so I alway use it before a big day or when my skin looks exhausted. It always brings life back to my skin. A little goes a long way, so Black Tea Overnight mask will last you for a long time. I wrote a review of it before, just click here if you’d like to learn more.

You need perfect skin and Instant lift – and you need it NOW – try Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask.

You’re having a red carpet moment and you need a quick fix, then Fresh has you covered again this time, with Black Tea Instant Perfecting mask. This mask won’t deliver such an intense treatment as it’s overnight sibling, but if you need an instant lift and smooth skin it might be just the one to check out. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet personally so would love to hear your thoughts if you have – it’s on my wish list!

In need of smoothing and refreshing your complexion? Then grab Sugar Polish Scrub

This mask is infused with crushed strawberry seeds, which work as an enzyme exfoliant, and brown sugar. I use this mask once a week to exfoliate and in between I use a gentle powder wash exfoliator from a differed brand. ( I spoke abut it here) Usually I’d apply it onto dampened skin and leave Sugar Polish Scrub for 5-10 minutes letting the enzymes get to work. Later I wash it off gently, massaging in circular motions to reveal a smooth and glowing complexion. It feels silky. The sugar particles in this scrub are fine and I never feel like this scrub is too harsh on my skin.

When you want it all? Try Creme Ancienne Ultimate Nourishing Honey Mask

This mask is just incredible, and one that I use as a treat because priced at over a £100 a jar, I’m not gonna replace it quickly! This is what I use when I want to indulge myself and give my skin a truly luxurious treatment. It hydrates and leaves my skin with a protective veil, plumped appearance as well as calm and even looking complexion. I feel it helps to reduce irritation and redness too. Creme Ancienne Ultimate Nourishing Honey Mask is truly recharges my skin. It’s one of those products which I’d like to use all the time because it’s so fab, but I save it for special occasions because I dread the day it runs out. An interesting fact is that there are two tables spoons of a real honey in a jar of this mask. It’s a real splurge but worth it!

As you can see Fresh Beauty has a great face mask offering. There are some other masks that I haven’t mentioned like the Umbrian Clay mask for oily skin for example, but I primarily spoke about the masks which I have tried myself. Next time you’re in London make sure to pop round to the boutique in Covent Garden, Marylebone or Harrods or check out their website here and let me know what you think.
