July in Instagram.

 July finally brought the summer to London. Isn’t life so much better when the sun is shining?

For those of you who aren’t following me on Instagram and would like to see what inspires me and what I was up to in July. Here is my short Instagram story in photos.

These little bottle of face mist has very quickly became my good companion. Come pay day I’ll be running to Space NK  to buy a big bottle of it.

There was a stressful Sunday, but some Jo Malone and clothes shopping did wonders to put me back in a good mood. Lying on the grass at Kensington Gardens followed by cheesecake just made it all better.

July has brought to London some serious summer weather, giving me and hopefully you too, the opportunity to wear your summer clothes. Make the most of your flip-flops and summer skirts.

As the temperatures in London increased I found myself struggling with my usual scents. So I’ve reached for something fresh and on offer :) By one get one half price at The Body shop! Now I smell of a pink grapefruit and I like it.

If you are a Londoner and were recently looking for a fan or any sort of technical equipment to cool yourself down, you might have found that the whole of London, the whole country, in fact all the internet had sold out of fans. Some serious browny points to Mr.D for hunting this baby down.

My beloved LK Bennet shoes were out quite a few times this month, which meant some girly dressing up was going on.

I’ve been also trying out some new eyeshadows and make-up ideas for the hot summer nights. I’ve gone back to using my Sheer Expert foundation from Terry, and realised once again why I loved it so much before.

I got myself some new make-up tools to try out. The Beauty blender being one of them. Even if this means I’m the last blogger on earth to try it out, I want to know what all the fuss about.

When it got really hot the good old Vest-top  had to come out … and an ice cream. (this one is actually new and crispy white – the vest top I mean).

 Here in London, we had  lever 3 heat warnings for a couple of days!! This is something! NO?

Happy August Everyone! I hope this great summer weather is going to stay for a little bit longer.
