City chic on a budget-denim jacket & cigarette pants.

Seems like you liked the “City chic ideas” so here is another one.

This post shows a comfortable smart-casual look on a budget. To dress it down I used a denim jacket instead of wearing a tailored blazer.

Cigarette pants from ZARA that you might have seen in a post this spring. I have ended up wearing them many, many times. I’ve seen them quite recently in ZARA in a number of colours, so you still might be able to get them. I paid about £35 for my pair which is an absolute bargain.

The top is from Forever21 and was under £20. If your tall like me, finding a skirt or a dress that will fit well at Forever21 might be a challenge but you can definitely try to pick some tops.

The bag is a gift from my mum, nothing branded but made of leather, it is practicly identical as Lanvin’s latest collection. This one comes from Italy but if you look well you will find them in little independent boutiques.

My denim jacket is about 10 years old and was packed away for the last 2 or 3 seasons in a box, so now it feels like new.

My shoes are LKBennett sledges. These are worth every penny. They come cusined for comfort. They are available in a variety of colours £195.

So here is hopefully a smart and wearable outfit thats on a budget.

I think shoes and handbags are definitely worth spending money on. Both for comfort and looks. but that’s just me.

Hope you like this outfit.

Eva
