How to keep makeup classy and elegant... (like me) hahaha.

On a serious note, we all got used to seeing women in makeup. As a result, if you wear it in moderation, it can work in your favour. Not only to get a hot date 💥 but also in business. 👩🏻‍💼
People trust you more when you have a little makeup and look 'put together'. Put too much on, and you will lose trust. Skip it altogether, and some might think you don't care about yourself so also won't about their business. 😱

So how do you keep it classy?
✅ Try to keep your base as natural as possible by covering imperfection and choosing medium coverage products.
✅ Keep your lipsticks looking fresh and stick with natural shades. Colours that are slightly darker than your natural lip colour are okay too. Just try to avoid overly bright sade or overloading your lips with products. If you tend to talk a lot in your job, stick with nudes, you will thank me later.
✅ Groomed, full eyebrows frame your eyes and give definition to your entire face. You don't have to worry that much about eyeshadows then.

It needs to be extra soft. I'm happy to invest in one that will be perfect, like this one from @stefanel_official. I have it for at least four years. This one is cashmere and Morano wool. Jumpers like this require care as you have to hand wash them, but the comfort is worth it.

What else could you do to always have something to wear?
Here are three more principles I stick by.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
👉🏻Get rid of anything that you keep and never wear! Especially those items you take off any time you put them on. They clatter your wardrobe. By removing them, you will see what is missing and what's there for you to wear.

👉🏻 I don't impulse buy!! Even my mum said I shop like my dad, 😝 which wasn't supposed to be a compliment lol. If I notice something that isn't on my wish list, something that is a want, not a need, I leave it and come back only if I keep thinking of it for more than a week.

👉🏻 I only buy an item if it WOW's me when I put it on.

I have a capsule wardrobe and rarely feel like I don't know what to wear. Here are some of the things I do to keep it that way:
👉🏻 I shop for items I need now, not because something looks good in the shop window, this way I use them instead of keeping them in the wardrobe and still having nothing to wear.
👉🏻 I build my wardrobe around a few classic items, so they are timeless and always look fashionable.
👉🏻 I have a couple of staple shades and only buy clothes in those colours. This way, new items go along with things I already have, and I can mix and match them, meaning I need fewer things to create multiple outfits.
